Introducing The LightSpeedDashboard

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well and you all had a wonderful holidays and are having a happy new year thus far. Below you’ll find a copy of the email sent out on the 21st of December 2017 to existing members at the time. This post is basically for archival purposes and for new members visibility however I am looking into a welcome email that can go out to new users automatically. Until then see the below.

Hello everyone,

LightSpeedTaco here with a fantastic new resource for you! Introducing the LightSpeedDashboard, your new all in one source for all things LightSpeed.

For a few months I’ve been working on this project in where I aimed to simplify the way users access, browse, search and request content. Rather than having to go here and there and check various places for the latest links to follow to use pages like requests and the most recent details regarding newly added and upcoming content I’ve centralized things into one easy to use and intuitive system.

Head over to the LightSpeedDashboard and check it out now!

Login with your usual Plex.tv credentials for access.

Below are some of the features I think you’ll find most useful as well as a short rundown on how to use the dashboard…

Features

  • Access all the usual resources and some new ones via the expandable sidebar on the left of the page
  • Chat with other users and get help with issues from the administrator via the chat found in the top right corner beside your profile image
  • See what’s currently being watched by other users*
  • Watch in real time as your content is downloaded/unpacked
  • Check our databases’s calendar for the upcoming content airing/release details
  • Search the server and get linked to your results for instant viewing on Plex.tv
  • See what’s been requested and it’s current status
  • Never forget the link to things like requests

*Usernames of those streaming are hidden for privacy

More to come soon including a neat new way to watch content with other people in real time.

So go ahead, click around, explore and experiment. Most importantly, please report any issues you may experience to us via the contact us page on Nobreaks.ca.

As usual, if you have any questions, you can always contact us or now, via the chat which I’ll do my best to check regularly and reply to any questions but please keep it civil and be friendly.

A special thanks to the Organizr team as without their work, none of this would be possible. Check out their Github here and find their donation link as well!
