Access is suspended when an account’s trust score reaches 0. Everyone starts at 100. When a second stream starts on one account, the older one is stopped: the first stop is a warning, and each further stop within 3 days costs 25 points. Your account and watch history are kept while access is suspended.
First ban – access comes back once your appeal is accepted, with a trust score of 25.
Second ban – permanent, except in rare cases.
