The Rules
Two of them. Please read both.
1. Never share your account or your access.
Your account is yours alone. If you sign in somewhere else, sign out when you are done. Account security is your responsibility, and account sharing is strictly prohibited.
2. One stream per account.
Concurrent sessions are monitored and end every active stream on that account. Everyone starts with a trust score of 100. Repeated violations lower it, and falling too far below the line means losing access to the libraries.
Enforcement
You will be warned the first time. Continued abuse is handled case by case and can end in permanent suspension.
If you refer someone, you are responsible for making sure they have read the above.
Accounts inactive for 6 months or more are pruned from the access list so new users get a fair shot. You may or may not be notified.

The questions everyone asks
Does access cost anything?
No. This has been a passion project for over a decade. It costs me money every month simply by existing, and I would not have it any other way. Donations through the sidebar here on the dev blog are welcome and entirely optional.
What server address do I enter in the app?
Jellyfin: https://jellyfin.lightspeedta.co
Plex: no address needed. If the server does not show up in your Plex app, sign out and back in with the account you accepted your invite with. Shared servers appear under More in the side menu.
Can I use more than one device?
Sign in on as many of your own screens as you like. Only one of them can play at a time: one stream per account.
Something I want is not in the library
Request it at request.lightspeedta.co. Requests are approved automatically and show up in Jellyfin and Plex once they arrive.
Something is buffering or will not play
Check the status page first. If everything there is green, try a wired connection, a lower quality in the player settings, or a different app. Still stuck? Email me with what you were watching and when.
Subtitles are missing or out of sync
Turn them on from the player’s subtitle button. If a title has none or they drift, report it on the Issues page at the request site and I will sort it out.
