You may have recently received or heard of some changes that Plex is implementing on their end when it comes to “Remote Streaming”.

The email looked like this…

Right off the bat, I’d like to be clear that any users that the Plex library is shared with will retain the ability to remotely stream from the server are not subject to the limitations implemented in the changes which can be seen with a bit more detail and clarity on the Plex Support page regarding the topic.

That being said, I just wanted to clarify any confusion that the email from Plex may have caused.
When it comes to WarpEngine, you’re covered from our end, no need to pay for a Remote Streaming Pass for our libraries.
