Storage Expansion Complete | Requests Opened Up

Hello everyone, If you were using the server when this occurred a few minutes ago you’ll have gotten a message before the temporary outage for the finalization of the storage array expansion. I am pleased to inform you all that your request limits have changed to 5 movies and 50 TV episodes per week. This will likely increase again, once I finalize the script that will remove content left un-watched for more than a specific number of days which is yet to be decided upon. The goal will be more or less unlimited requests with the media being pruned automatically so if you left something un-watched for too long, it will be deleted but can likely be added once again via requests as with most media. That’s all for now, enjoy! -LST

It’s one of the downfalls of the setup I’ve chosen to employ from the filesystem type to the RAID hardware utilized, perhaps it could have been done differently but in the interest of as much… Read More »We’ve Moved! | More Storage, Ahoy!
