Transcoding Errors Today

Hello everyone,

As you may have noticed recently there have been errors playing back media with errors related to connection to the server.

This was entirely on the server end and you have nothing to worry about. A special thanks to both our team member jattrockz and user MomLamb for bringing this to my attention. It seems that during some routine cleanup, certain python modules critical to remote transcoding were removed.

This meant that the servers thought everything was working fine and sent commands to start processing which never got anything going and then continued to do so in a loop.

All is well now, but please do continue to alert me to any issues you encounter.
