NAS on the Fritz

Hello all,

As I’m sure you’re aware we had an extended outage as a result of a failed power supply on the NAS. However the trouble continues as now the NAS randomly decides to shut itself down.

I’ve contacted QNAP and they are requesting the entire device to be RMA’d so more to come on that but I’d like to do this with as little downtime as possible.
