Hello everyone! Happy birthday to me! Asa treat I am currently in Niagara Falls and am semi away from my computer (eeek, I know) so any contact attempts may go unanswered until Wednesday when I return or even Thursday as it’s quite the trip from home sweet home. On the plus side I’ve been having a great time and will see what pictures I can post. Mean time, enjoy Plex. Hey all, So if you mosey on down to the uptime page and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll notice a countdown occurring. This signifies the time until the next system reboot or maintenance based on the text above the timer. Once this time reaches all zero then the indicated event will be in effect. So if there is downtime please as usual be sure to check the uptime page for details on ongoing events and schedules for downtime/reboots. That is all! Carry on, and don’t do this when the server isn’t up for a few minutes. LightSpeedTaco

Hello everyone, Hope you’re well! Just letting you know that there were a few requests so new content is available in the best quality it can be at the time. (Which is actually pretty good!) I try and keep things updated as frequently as possible but there’s only so much one person can do. As you may have seen, some of the movies did not have appropriate matches to their titles and art/thumbnails and I have been busy but made time to rectify the issues and now you should see accurate information matched to the appropriate content. Nice and clean! Stability has been great, the odd reboot happens but I’m working on a way to inform or give notice to scheduled reboots and possibly setting a date every week where downtime will occur while the system reboots and everything is properly freed up (i.e memory and other resources pending cleaning. Hey everyone, If you recall there was some downtime while I swapped some hard drives around and the reindexing and RAID establishment took some time. Well things finally finished up and here are the results! 14.42 terabytes of usable storage space and two disk redundancy. Here’s the spanned volume Plex resides on. The NAS is used for backup. Well everyone it’s finally done. Everything’s upgraded and we have more disk space for media now and the NAS has also followed suit and expanded it’s storage space so all is well here. Now, keep in mind that the due to the nature of this work and the movement, physically, of hardware resulted in the library being blown away and now it is being rebuilt. That includes episode information and show/movie details. The process of indexing all of this media is very intense for the system so please be gentle for the next day or two with use. Once indexing slows down I’ll restart media fetching and new content will appear as it becomes readily available. Have a good one!
